I shop here quite often and I usually always like this HEB. They have fresh produce, good looking meat selections and are pretty organized. When stopping by today I found they had a tent set up right outside which is apparently a Friday, Saturday and Sunday thing. The prices were very resonable for Shrimp, Crawfish and/or Crab (either as a plate or by the pound). I purchased a Shrimp Plate for $12.99 (after tax). It came with a decent amount of shrimp, 1 corn on the cobb, 3 potatoes and 1 sausage (I was gifted the sausage from the person in front of me since she doesn't like sausage). Everything was very well seasoned and delicious. I'll definitely return and next time try the crab (a plate was only $14). Recommend giving them a try if they're set up when you visit!
My Dearest Friends, What can I tell you of this mysterious treasure and its people? It is a place of wonder, and yet to the outsider like me, a place of odd tradition. The people here are peaceful, and joyous, and seem to care little for the rush and worry of the outside world... as for this handsome gentleman, he is quickly learning the ways of his Texan roots and seems to be getting stronger with every passing day, still angry at times, and taking the skills from the road to a walking pedestrian, cutting me off as I approach the checkout stand. But, Luckily I live amongst us natives and get to witness what Texas gifts us with HEB and their employees. I will return on the morrow to ensure your experience. Humbly yours, Kenneth.
Yadira gave me the best customer service I've ever received she was very kind towards me & very helpful with questions I had for her. She definitely makes this location the best H-E-B to shop at she needs a raise ASAP !
It's H‑E‑B what's not to love. I do prefer the one off red bud. That's just me. All round rock locations are good but there are a couple that are great like palm valley is great and red bud is great.
Good selection and handy location. I particularly like the fact that they have a gas station and a secondary register near the pharmacy side entrance. That comes in really handy when you just need to pick up a couple of things and are parked on the Greenlawn side.
